Please find the answer below:

The successor of a number is written as ▢▽▽.The predecessor of the number is written as ◯▢◯ . If the number is written as ◯▢▢, the number ◯▢▢ is 899.

As the last two place of number is changing and are same also that means number should have last two digit should be; 99

Since first digit of the number is same to third digit of predecessor so it will be 9-1=8

Hence, the number will be 899
