Hey diary, I know I have been writing after a while but to be honest I did not know what to do and whom to talk to. So, here I am.
You know I was the kind of a person who loved nature and spending time sitting in the part, walking or jogging and observing nature. But it has been a month now that I am stuck in home due to COVID-19. I was so distressed and went to the balcony where I saw a couple. They were so old, still hawking in the street to sale some vegetables.
When I saw them, I felt so bad about the fact that I have everything still I am complaining that I can't go outside while there are people who have nothing to eat and have to go out even in this danger just for survival of their families.
You know what was more sad ? People were so scared of getting corona that no one was buying from them and they looked so sad. I can not tell you how sad I felt. I went to them and tried to help in whatever way was possible at that time.
If each one of us would had taken of the people in our surrounding, this would never have happened.

It was Sunday morning I was standing in my balcony to imbibe some vitamin D. Due to deadly virus COVID-19 the government has announced lockdown and the street looks deserted without any hustle-bustle. In that deserted street, I noticed a vegetable cart coming towards our building. They were old couples who were trying hard to sell vegetables to earn their livelihood. They look old and weak but still in this pandemic situation they have to risk their lives to earn their daily bread.
The pandemic has brought misery in daily wage workers lives. People who were dependent on the daily sale of their goods are left with no option than to go out and risk their lives. The economy is affected and millions of workers too.
To fight against such adversity I decided to help such poor people as much as possible. I asked the vegetable vendors to bring fresh vegetables every morning and requested nearby residents to buy from them unless the lockdown comes to an end. The residents took utmost care by wearing mask and gloves and helped the old couple to earn their livelihood.
I wish I can help such more people and make their life happy. I requested my friends and family members to take such steps in their respective areas. We are humans and we live in a civilized society. The feeling of fraternity is the only way to bring peace on this earth.
