Sum of the zeroes = - b/a = - 3

b = 3a --> ( i )

Product of the zeroes = c/a = 2

c = 2a --> ( ii )

Now, adding ( i ) and ( ii ),

b + c = 3a + 2a

\fbox{\tt{b\: + \:c\: = \:5a}}
