x+y=25
x×y=144
Also,
16+9 = 25
16×9 = 144
Hence x = 16
Hence y = 9

x = 9
y = 16
Difference between them is
16-9
=> 7

according to question,
x+y=25,..... (1)
x×y=144..... (2)
from(1)
y=25-x..... (3)
put in equation (2)
we get, x (25-x)=144
25x-x×x=144
x×x-25x+144=0
x=16
put x in equation(3)
y=25-16=9
y=9
so, two no. are 16,9
hence, difference is 7
