Answer:

let α and β be the zeroes of the quadratic polynomial.

given,α + β = -1 and αβ = -12

we know that

x² - (α + β)x + αβ = quadratic polynomial

x² - (-1)x + (-12)

x²+x-12 is one of the quadratic polynomial with ,sum and product of  zeroes as -1 and -12.

Answer:

Let the zeros be X and y.

And the polynomial be = x2 - (sum of zeros)x + (prodyct of zeros).

a/q Sum of zeros = -1/2

and Product of zeros = -3

Now putting the value in polynomial; then we get,

p(x) = x2 - ( -1/2)x + (-3)

= x2 + x/2 - 3.
