Let one of the zero be ' a '

Let the other be 'ß'

Let the Quadratic equation be

ax^2 + bx + c = 0

Sum of the zeroes = - 5

Product of the zeroes = 3

a + ß = - b / a = - 5

a × ß = c / a = 3

If a = 1

then

b = 5 and c = 3

Therefore the Quadratic equation

x^2 + 5x + 3 = 0
