let A and B be the zeroes of the quadratic eq.

as per question,

sum of zeroes = -4/3

-b/a = -4/3. (1)

product of zeroes = 5/3

c/a. = 5/3. (2)

from 1 and 2 we can write

a = 3, b= 4 and c = 5

therefore the quadratic eqn is

3x² + 4x + 5
