GIVEN :-

SUM OF ZEROES = 2

AND PRODUT OF ZEROES =-3/5

x {}^{2} - (sum \: of \: zeroes)x + (product \: of \: zeroes) = 0 \\ x {}^{2} - (2)x + ( - 3 \div 5) = 0 \\ x {}^{2} - 2x - 3 + \div 5 = 0 \\ multiply \: 5 \: both \: the \: sides \\ 5x {}^{2} - 10x - 3 = 0

Hence the polynomial is

5 x square - 10 x - 3 =0

I HOPE THIS WILL HELP YOU....
