As we know ,

s12 = 12/2 × (a+36)

=> 234 = 6 (a+36)

=> 234/6 = a +36

=> 39 = a+36

=> a = 39-36 = 3

again ,

n= 12

a= 3

As we know that

l= 36

=> a+(n-1)d = 36

=>3+ (12-1)d = 36

=> 11d = 33

=> d = 3

so, d= 3
