let the numbers be x and y
x+y=28=>x=28-y
xy=192
(28-y)y=192
28y-y^2=192
y^2-28y+192=0
y^2-16y-12y+192=0
y(y-16)-12(y-16)=0
(y-16)(y-12)=0
y-16=0. y-12=0
y=16 y=12
if y=16 then x=28-16=12
if y=12 then x=28-12=16
so the two Natural numbers are 12 and 16
