let one number be x , other is 15-x
now 1/x+ 1/15-x=3/10
⇒15*10/3=x(15-x)=15x-x^2
⇒x^2-15x+50=0
⇒(x-5)(x-10)=0
x=5 or 10
hence numbers are 5 and 10
now 1/x+ 1/15-x=3/10
⇒15*10/3=x(15-x)=15x-x^2
⇒x^2-15x+50=0
⇒(x-5)(x-10)=0
x=5 or 10
hence numbers are 5 and 10
