the sum of 2 positive integers multiplied by the smaller number is 189 and their difference multiplied by the larger number is 36. find the sum of the square of their sum and square id their differences​

i.e. x^2 + xy=189

similarly,

xy-y^2=36

subtracting the two equations we have,

x^2+y^2=153

we have to find

(x+y)^2 + (x-y)^2

on solving we get

2(x^2+y^2)

=2*153

= 306 ans.
