x+ (-2/7) = (-2/5)
x -2/7 = -2/5
x= -2/5 +2/7
x = (-14+10)/35
x = -4/35
Now, other number is -4/35

According to question,
X+(-2/7) = -2/5
X-2/7 = -2/5
X = -2/5 + 2/7
X = -14 + 10 ÷ 35
X = -4/35
