Answer:

Sum of three consecutive even numbers = 156  

Let the numbers be x, x + 2, x + 4  

According to the problem,  

x + x + 2 + x + 4 = 156  

3x + 6 = 156  

3x = 156 - 6  

3x = 150  

x = 150/3  

x = 50  

Value of first term = x = 50  

Then,  

Second term = x + 2 = 50 + 2 = 52  

Third term = x + 4 = 54  

Therefore, the three terms are 50, 52 and 54.
