Answer:

Let the numbers be a-d, a and a+d

It is given (a-d)+a+(a+d)=9

3a=9

a=3

It is given

(a-d)a(a+d)=-48

a(a^2-d^2)=-48

3(9-d^2)=-48

9-d^2=-16

d^2=25

d=5

So the terms are

-2, 3 and 8

d could be -5 also. But then sum would not be positive.
