According to the first condition.

>> (a-d)+a+(a+d)=3

>> 3a=3

>> a=3/3

>> a=1

According to the second condition.

>> (a-d)(a)(a+d)= -3

>> a(a²-d²)= -3

Substituting a=1

>> 1(1²-d²)= -3

>> 1-d² = -3

>> d²=3+1

>> d²=4

>> d=2 or -2

Numbers if d=2

=> a-d=1-2=-1,

=> a=1,

=> a+d=1+2=3,

Numbers if d= -2

=> a-d=1-(-2)=3,

=> a=1

=> a+d=1-2=-1
