so according to question eq will be
2x-2+2x+2x+2=44+(2x-2+2x+2x+2)/3

so highest no. will be 2*11+2=24

Solution :-

☆ Let the numbers be x , x +2 , x+4 

Sum = 3x + 6 

Average = (3x+6) /3 = x+2 

3x+6 - x-2 = 44 

2x +4 = 44 

2x = 40 

x = 20 

Numbers are 20,22,24 ANSWER 

CHECK 

20 +22 +24 = 66 

Average = 22 

66-22 = 44
