let first term be a and common difference is d.
from 1st condition,
from 2nd condition,
multiply 1 with -1 ,
we get
adding 2 and 3
we get ,
2d=10
d=5
put d=5 in 1
a+5×5=12
a=12-25
a= -13.
Therefore, first term = -13
second term = - 8
third term = -3
the a.p is -13,-8,-3......
hope this helps you:))))

formula to know the nth term is =a+(n-1)d
where a=first term of A.P
& d= common difference
then 4th term is =a+3d
& 6th term =a+5d
& 8th term = a+7d
& 10th term =a+9d
then
a+3d+a+7d=24
or 2a+10d=24
or a+5d=12---------------(1)
again
a+5d+a+9d=44
or 2a+14d=44
or a+7d=22-------------(2)
by(2)-(1)
2d=10
or d=5
putting the value of d in (1)
a+5*5=12
or a=-13
then answer will be -13,-8,-3
