4x+2y+6x-3y=10x-y
you get this by adding coefficient of like terms.
4x and 6x are like terms
6 + 4 = 10
so 6x+4x=10x
2y and -3y are like terms
2+(-3)=2-3=-1
2x+(-3y)=-1y=-y
therefore your answer is 10x-y
