Define x:
Let the first number be x
The other 4 numbers are (x + 2), (x + 4), (x + 6) and (x + 8)
Solve x:
x + (x + 2) + (x + 4) + (x + 6) + (x + 8) = 200
x + x + 2 + x + 4 + x + 6 + x + 8 = 200
5x + 20 = 200
5x = 180
x = 36
Find the the 5th number:
5th number = x + 8 = 36 + 8 = 44
Answer: The 5th number is 44

Let the five consecutive numbers be x, x + 2, x + 4, x + 6 and x + 8
A/q,
x + x + 2 + x + 4 + x + 6 + x + 8 = 200
5x + 20 = 200
5x = 200 - 20
5x = 180
x =
x = 36
5th number => x + 8 = 36 + 8 = 44
The fifth number is 44
A/q,
x + x + 2 + x + 4 + x + 6 + x + 8 = 200
5x + 20 = 200
5x = 200 - 20
5x = 180
x =
x = 36
5th number => x + 8 = 36 + 8 = 44
The fifth number is 44
