according to the problem given,

Their sum = 140

x + (x+1)+(x+2)+(x+3)+(x+4)=140

5x + 10 = 140

5x = 140 - 10

5x = 130

x = 130/5

x = 26

Therefore ,

Required 5 consecutive numbers are

x = 26

x + 1 = 26 + 1 = 27

x + 2 = 26 + 2 = 28

x + 3 = 26 + 3 = 29

and

x + 4 = 26 + 4 = 30
