Solution:

-60/6+13/6

Since the denominator is same , we can just add up the numeratot directly.

=> here no need to take LCM ( least common multiple)

So,

The answer is -47/6 .

[ The highest number have the negative sign, therefore the answer too would be in negative value ] .

Note:

If the denominator is not same then we have to take LCM of those two numbers and get the answer.
