Solution :-

Let the first number be x.

As the numbers are consecutive, then 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th numbers will be (x + 1), (x + 2), (x + 3), (x + 4), (x + 5) and (x + 6) respectively.

So, according to the question.

(x) + (x + 1) + (x + 2) + (x + 3) + (x + 4) + (x + 5) + (x + 6) = 70

⇒ 7x + 21 = 70

⇒ 7x = 70 - 21

⇒ 7x = 49

⇒ x = 49/7

⇒ x = 7

The first number is 7. 

2nd number = 7 + 1 = 8

3rd number = 7 + 2 = 9

4th number = 7 + 3 = 10

5th number = 7 + 4 = 11

6th number = 7 + 5 = 12

7th number = 7 + 6 = 13

Hence, the 7 consecutive numbers are 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 respectively.
