ACCORDING TO FIRST CONDITION ,

=> 10 y + x + 27 = 10 x + y

=> 10 y + x - 10 x - y = - 27

=> 9 y - 9 x = - 27

=> y - x = - 3

GIVEN ,
y + x = 7

y - x = - 3

y = 2

x = 5
