Let the number=10x+y

Reversing the order=10y+x

So,

      10x+y+10y+x=165

       11x+11y=165

          x+y=165/11

          x+y=15

          x-y=3

        2x=18

           x=9

x+y=15

 y=6

         Now,

                  the number is 10x+y

                                       =10(9)+6

                                          =96
