Solution,

Since we have to find the numbers that lead to sum therefore we have to select all the numbers that are smaller than 5.

The numbers can be taken as 1,2,3 and 4.

•  1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 5

Five times addition of 1 leads to sum 5.

• 2 + 1+ 1+ 1 = 5.

Three times addition of 1 and one times addition of 2 leads to sum 5.

• 2 + 2 + 1 = 5

Two times addition of 2 and one times addition of 1 leads to sum 5.

• 3 + 1 + 1 = 5

Two times addition of 1 and one times addition of 3 leads to sum 5.

• 3 + 2

One time addition of 3 and one times addition of 2 leads to sum 5.

• 4 + 1

One times addition of 4 and one times addition of 1 leads to sum 5.

Hence,   1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 5,    2 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 5, 2 + 2 + 1 = 5,  3 + 1 + 1 = 5, 3 + 2 = 5, 4 + 1 = 5 are the answer.
