on reserving 10y+x
10x+y+10y+x=110
11x+11 y =110
11 (x+y)=110
x+y= 10 ......ii
on additional i and it
x-y =6
×+y=10

then putting the value of y from equation i

x-y =6
8-y =6
y=6+8
=14
hence the number is 10x+y
