the no. at tens place be x+6
first no. equal to 10(x+6)+ x
= 10x +60+ x
= 11x + 60
second no. equal = 10x + x+6
= 11x +6

$22x + 66 = 110$
$22x = 110 - 66$


$11x + 60 + 11x + 6 = 110$
$x = 44 \div 22$
$x = 2$
no. at one's place = 2
no. at tens place = 6-2 = 4
no. = 42
