Answer:

1st digit be x

2nd be (10-x)

On reversing ,

1st digit (10-x)

2nd one x

10x + (10-x) = 10(10-x) + x

9x + 10 = 100 - 9x

18x = 90

x = 5

Reqd. no = 55

let the digits of one's and 2nd place are X and y

the number is =10y+x

condition 1

X+y=10

condition 2

10y + x - 54 = 10x + y \\  =  > 9y = 9x + 54 \\  =  > y = x + 6 \\  =  > x - y =  - 6

X+y=10

X-y=-6

=>2x=4

=>X=2

and

y=8

therefore the number is =10(8)+2=82
