let the original number be 10a+b
let the interchanged number be 10b+a

10a+b+10b+a=110
11(a+b)=110
therefore a+b=10

2nd statement
10a+b-10=4+5(a+b). {we know that sum of digits is a+b=10}

on substituting the value we get ,
10a+b-10=4+50
10a+b=54+10
10a+b=64.

therefore the original number is 64
