Given,

The sum of a two-digit number and the number formed by reversing its digits is 132.

Difference of the digits = 2

To find,

Digits of the number

Solution,

Let us take a number xy with digits x and y. From the above statements, we can say that,

xy+yx=132

x-y=2

Now, we will take the set of all numbers from 1-10 with a difference of two between them and put them in the values of x and y. We will have ( 1,3; 2,4; 3,5; 4,6; 5,7; 6,8; 7,9)

By putting each one in the places of x and y, we see that xy+yx=132 is only viable when x and y are 5 and 7 respectively or vice versa.

Therefore, the answers we get are 5 and 7.
