The sum of a two digit number and the number obtained by interchanging the digits of the number is 121. If the digits of the number differ by 5 then find such numbers.

Answer:

Let unit place digit be (x).

Let tens place digit be (y).

Then no.=10y+x. -(1)

On intechanging no. will be 10x+y. -(2)

Given,x-y=5. -(3) Now10y+x+10x+y=121 .On solving this we get x+y=11. -(4) .On solving (3)&(4),we get:x=8,y=3. Finally no.is 83
