let x be at tens place and y be at unit place

therefore, two digit number=10x+y

number obtain by interchanging the digit=10y+x

according to condition

10x+y+10y+x=33

11x+11y=33

dividing by 11 on both sides

therefore,x+y=3

ans:- sum of digits is 3
