Answer:Let the no. is ab (a at tens place and b at ones place)

according to first condition the sum is 16 Implies a+b=16.

According to second condition if a and b interchanged

the difference become 18

i.e. ba-ab = 18 this implies

(10b + a) -(10a +b) = 18

10b-b +a -10a =18

b -a =2 this gives b=9 and a=7

The No. is 79
