sameer +4 + ranbir +4 = 46+8(because 4 is. added two times)
According to question,
sameer age after four years is 4 year more than ranbir age after 4 year
If we take age of ranbir is "x +4" then sameer age is "x+4 +4"
(x+4) +4 +x+4 = 54
2x+12=54
2x=54-12
2x=42
x=42/2=21
ranbir age is 21
and sameer age is 21 + 4 = 25
