Hello Dear.

Answer ⇒ Option (d). Irrespective of the sign of the charges.

Reason / Explanation ⇒

Newton's third law of motion will be applied. According to the Newton's third law of motion, ''To every action there is always an equals and opposite reaction''.

We know, Between any two or more particles which are either of the same charge or of the different charges, force always occurs in Action - Reaction pair and are always of the equals magnitude but opposite in directions. Thus, Sum of the Electromagnetic forces between different system of the particles of charged particles is always zero. It does not depends upon the charges.

Hence, Option (d) is correct.

Hope it helps.

Answer:option c is the correct one

Explanation:because when a positively charged particles hit the negetively charged particles then they get neutralised.
