437 =n/2(2*-4+(n-1)3)

437*2 = n(-8+3n-3)

437*2=-11n+3n²

3n²-11n-874 =0

By factorisation

n = 3540 or -10598/3

But we know that term cannot be negative therefore n =3540

Now ax=a +(n-1 )d

= a 3540 =-4 + (3540-1)3

a3540=-4 +10617

a3540=10613
