from given 1st condition
s1 square + s2 square=625----(1)
from given 2nd condition
4(s1+s2)=20
s1+s2=5
s1=5-s2----(2)
substituting (2) in (1)
(5-s2)square +s2 square=625
2s2 square-10s2 square -600=0
s2=-15 or s2=20
now,
s1 square+400=625
s1 square=225
s1=15
