solution

given in question.

sum of circumference and the radius of a circle = 55cm

here we find radius the radius of the circle.

radius of circle = ?

here , (using this formula)

circumference of circle = 2πr

now ,
sum of circumference and the radius of a circle = 55cm

= 2πr + r = 55

= r ( 2π + 1 ) = 55

 = r(2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 1) = 51 \\ \\ = r \times \frac{51}{7} = 55 \\ \\ r = 51 \times \frac{7}{55} \\ \\ = \frac{357}{55} \\ \\ = 6. 49cm

since the radius of circle is 6. 49cm. approx.
