Hey mate,
ATQ,
2 × pie × r + 2 × pie × R = 132
88 + 2 × pie × R = 132
2 × pie × R = 44
R = 7 cm
hope this helps you out!

Solutions :-
Given :
The sum of circumference of two circle = 132 cm
Radius of one circle = r1 = 14 cm
Let the Radius of second circle be r2
Find the Radius of the second circle :-
According to the question,
=> 2πr1 + 2πr2 = 132
=> 2 × 22/7 × 14 + 2 × 22/7 × r2 = 132
=> 2×22/7 (14 + r2) = 132
=> 14 + r2 = (132 × 7)/2 × 22
=> 14 + r2 = 21
=> r2 = 21 - 14 = 7
Hence,
The radius of second circle = 7 cm
