let r be radius of smaller circles.R be radius of bigger circle....given 2πr×4=2πR .so R=4r...so ratio of areas is R×R\r×r=16:1

Take the r be the radius of smaller circles
and R be the radius of larger circles
2pie r×4/2pie R
=R=4r
let r a digit 1
so R×R/r×r =4×4/1×1 = 16/1
so the final answer we get is
16:1
