✓then the next odd integer is x+2
Given,
✓Sum if consecutive odd integers= 36
i.e. x+(x+2)=36
Now we have solve this linear equation to get the value of x.
x+(x+2)=36
2x + 2=36
Now using transposition method.
2x=36-2
2x=34
x=17
The consecutive odd integers are:-
x=17,and
x+2=17+2=19.
Verification✓✓✓
19+17=?
19+17=36
which means our solution is correct.
