Then ATQ,
=> x + y = 12 ------(1)
Also
=> 10x + y + 18 = 10y + x
=> 9x - 9y = -18
=> x - y = -2 -------(2)
Adding (1) and (2)
=> x + y + x - y = 12 - 2
=> 2x = 10
=> x = 5
Thus y = 7
Thus Original Number = 57
