Answer:

Let the ones digit =X and tens digit=13-x

Number=10(13-x)+X

When digits are interchanged the number becomes 10x+(13-x)

ATQ,

10x+(13-x)-(10(13-x)+X)=45

10x +13-x-130+10x-x=45

18x-117=45

18x=45+117=162

X=9

Number=49

\Large{\textbf{\underline{\underline{According\;to\;the\;Question}}}}

Assumption :-

Tens place digit be p

Also,

Ones place digit be t

Number = 10p + t

Interchanged Number = 10t + p

Situation,

p + t = 13 ..................... (1)

10t + p - 10p - t = 45

9(t - p) = 45

t - p = 5 ........................ (2)

Now,

From (1) and (2) we get,

2t = 18

t = 18/2

t = 9

Now,

Substitute value of t in (1),

p + t = 13

p + 9 = 13

p = 13 - 9

p = 4

Therefore,

Required number = 49
