let the ten ten digit be x

and y digit be y

acc to question

x+y=11.............eqn(1)

number =10x+y

number obtained by revesing the digit is

= 10y+x

acc to q

10y+x=9.........eqn 2

solve eqn 1 and 2

for solving 1 and 2

y=-2/9 (which is impossible digits cannot be negative)..

i think here some mistakes in 2nd statement of question so plzzz check your question...
