let the digits at ones and tens place be a, b respectively.
given that :-
b + a = 11
10(b+5) + (a-5) = 10a + b
=> 10b + 50 + a - 5 = 10a + b
=> 9a - 9b = 45
=> a - b = 5
solving our final equation with our orginal one, we get -
a = 8, b = 3
so our orginal number is 38
