let x be the tens place digit and y be the unit place digit,

so from given condition,

x + y = 10...............(1)

and

from second condition,

10y + x = 10x + y + 36

10y + x - 10 x - y - 36 = 0

9y - 9x = 0

9(y - x ) = 0

y- x = 0......................(2)

from equation 1 and 2,

y = 5

x = 5

therefore the original number is 55.
