The sum of first 16 terms of an AP is 120. Find the second term of another AP whose first term is 2/15 times of first terms of given AP and common difference same as common difference of given AP

225=229d

d=0.98 --(2)

from (1) and (2) we get

15=2a+15x0.98

15=2a+14.7

2a=15-14.7

2a=0.3

a=0.3/2

a=0.15

as a1=2/15xa

so a1=2/15x0.15

a1=0.02

0.02+0.98
