here is ur answer.....
according to question..
a+a+d+a+2d=48
3a+3d=48
a+d=16.........................................................1.
a(a+d)=4(a+2d)+12
16a=4a+8d+12
12a-8d=12
3a-2d=3
3(16-d)-2d=3
48-5d=3
-5d=45
d=-9
so a=16+9
a=25
hence A.P formed:
25,16,7........
