Heya!!!

Tn = Sn - Sn-1

Tn = 2n² + 3n - ( 2× ( n - 1 )² + 3 ( n - 1 )

=>

Tn = 3n + 4n - 2 - 3n + 3

=>

Tn = 4n + 1

=>

T16 = 4 × 16 + 1

=>

T16 = 65
